Seven Diesel SpA produces nozzles alternative to the original, the most sophisticated component of the entire injection system of diesel engines, whose function is to inject fuel into the combustion chamber in the form of atomized droplets with diameters ranging from 20 to 100 microns. Our line includes more than 2500 types of nozzles for automotive applications (cars, pickups, vans, trucks, bus and tractors). We produce pintle nozzles, for indirect injection engines, and hole nozzles, for direct injection engines. A wide and growing range, which includes nozzles for highly innovative systems such as: •Common Rail® •UIS® (Unit Injector System), also known as the pump-nozzle system, is a diesel injection system developed in 1994, combining the injection pump and the injector nozzle in a single component. •UPS® (Unit Pump System) . •EUI® (Electronic Unit Injector) .

  • Common Rail® systems providing a very high pressure fuel within a single pipe or common rail pipes that feeds the injectors controlled electronically.
  • UIS® (Unit Injector System), also known as the pump-nozzle system, is a diesel injection system developed in 1994, combining the injection pump and the injector nozzle in a single component.
  • UPS® (Unit Pump System), system was introduced in 1995. The feature of the UPS is that each engine cylinder has a unit pump of its own.
  • EUI® (Electronic Unit Injector) system was developed in the early 1990s, for use in large diesel engines, to meet the challenge posed by increasingly stringent emissions legislation. Two variations are EUP® system (Electronic Unit Pump) and HEUI® system (Hydraulic Electronic Unit Injector).
